Jackie is a thinker and challenger. She values the science of wellbeing and collaboration for the betterment of individuals, families and organizations. Jackie's strength is helping participants reveal misconceptions about status quo lifestyles, and implementing immediate change for improved happiness. Jackie has helped more than 250 organizations drive programs that change employee lifestyle for improved health, and improve culture.

As Theory of Me's Chief Executive Officer, Jackie is responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of the company continues to bring life-changing value and programs to our clients. As a Division 1 collegiate athlete (lacrosse) and Varsity high school coach  (lacrosse and field hockey) for over 10 years, her passion is in driving sustainable behavior change in athletes. Her continued love for facilitation also keeps her at the forefront of client programs, facilitating multi-day retreats and train-the-trainer programs.
